SNS Architects & Engineers, PC designed a 10,000 SF Corporate Office and U.S. Manufacturing, Packaging, and Warehouse Facility on a 12-acre site for Yves St. Laurent.
The facility design was developed to concert with the French corporate image. An insulated, pre-fabricated metal panel system was utilized to develop the crisp, contemporary, elegant look to compliment the Yves St. Laurent image. The metal panel system, along with maximum daylighting, provides an energy-efficient envelope. The panels can be removed and reutilized when the facility is to be expanded.
Incorporated in the extensive landscape design is a circular visitor and reserved parking entry court as well as an outdoor employee dining and lounge patio.
