SNS Architects and Engineers, PC designed a new 25,000 SF pharmacy for Accredo Health Group along with a collaborative workspace area within the Express Scripts Facility in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.
A formerly tight workplace atmosphere was converted into a brightly illuminated open office area. We were able to preserve maximum fenestration by using interior offices. 120° workstations worked well with the collaborative working atmosphere of neighboring teams.
The office/pharmacy facility was designed in four phases and remained functioning during all phases of construction. Our office provided the hands-on design services required to get local and state permissions, answer the General Contractor's questions concerning field conditions, and make revisions as needed while adhering to a strict construction schedule.
