CRODA North American Headquarters

CRODA, situated in Edison, New Jersey, was seeking to transfer its North American Headquarters and R&D facilities to a more prestigious corporate setting to better represent its industry position. They chose the historic Bristol Meyers campus in Plainsboro, New Jersey after providing them with test fittings at numerous locations.

SNS Architects & Engineers, PC was hired to transform an existing office facility into an innovative Research & Development Facility and Corporate Headquarters. The existing two-story space was entirely stripped down to the core and shell and relocated to accommodate the client's expanding demands.

Ultimately, the project combined roughly 50,000 SF of corporate offices and R&D space from multiple New Jersey and Delaware facilities.
