Seton Hall University - Lewis Hall Lobby Renovation

With a record number of undergraduate students crowding the 58-acre campus of Seton Hall University, SNS Architects & Engineers, PC was appointed to renovate the first-floor lobby of Lewis Hall.

The project included new wall, floor, and ceiling improvements, new millwork, updated steel guard rails, and cladding of the existing concrete columns.

Our office was responsible for the required window replacements, exterior re-caulking, bathroom design renovations, general dormitory renovations, and the waterproofing of the exterior foundation wall of the building.
