A new seven-story building addition to an existing academic building at Ramapo College necessitated programming with the academic staff to determine the needs of the newly created space.
The facility is self-contained (for code compliance), including two-tiered auditoriums, projection rooms, breakout rooms, specialized office suites, faculty offices, traditional and smart classrooms, computer laboratories, and an isolated greenhouse building to be used as a functioning classroom.
The related IT infrastructure, multi-media, and audio/visual technologies are all important components of this building's effective planning.
